Refund Policy
This policy specifies the conditions under which a refund may be granted for online academic support services offered by Learn with Pierre.
1. Reimbursement of individual courses

Any course cancelled by the client more than 24 hours before the scheduled start date may be postponed or fully refunded.

Any course cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date remains due and will not be refunded.

If the teacher is unable to attend, the course is automatically postponed or refunded at the client's choice.
2. Refund of course packs

The customer can request a full refund for an unstarted course pack within 14 days of purchase (in accordance with the Consumer Code – article L221-18).

Once the package has been started, only unused lessons can be refunded, excluding any penalties linked to late cancellations.

The reimbursement calculation is made in proportion to the remaining courses.
3. Delays and absences

If the student logs in more than 15 minutes late without warning, the session is considered completed and non-refundable.

In the event of a technical problem beyond Learn with Pierre's control (internet outage at the client's premises, computer breakdown, etc.), the course remains due.

In the event of a technical problem attributable to Learn with Pierre, the session will be postponed or refunded.
4. Refund procedure

All requests must be made in writing to the following address: contact@learnwithpierre.com.

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from validation of the request.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Special cases

No refunds are given for courses already taken.

Any transaction fees (banks, payment platforms) may be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the cancellation is attributable to Learn with Pierre.
6. Applicable law
This policy is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
